Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

• Order Confirmation – Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. East Alabama Tackle LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Declined orders will be refunded in accordance with other conditions detailed below. EVERY EFFORT will be made to fulfill orders in a timely and complete manner.
• Product Availability –  Inventory displayed online MAY DIFFER from actual on-hand inventory. We will ship your product as it becomes available. Items marked “AVAILABLE ON BACKORDER” may be purchased and pre-paid. Such orders will be filled as quickly as the product(s) become available, usually within 3-5 business days.
• Special Order and Custom Order Items – ALL ITEMS ordered from the B.Y.O.B. (Build Your Own Bait) category or any other Special Order Item will be processed ONLY after verified contact with the purchaser and confirmation of the order details. All such purchases are payable IN ADVANCE. Once a Custom or Special Order has begun processing, NO FULL REFUND is possible. Cancellation of a Custom or Special Order is subject to a 10% restocking fee based upon items purchased total retail pricing. 
•  Return Items – We will gladly accept returned items of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned Items must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING and UNOPENED. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned items and will be for retail prices only, excluding taxes and/or shipping. Returned item shipping will be your responsibility.
• Shipping – Most online orders for items in inventory will ship within 1-2 business days, provided the product(s) is in stock. Backordered, Custom Order and ProPack products normally take 3-5 business days to manufacture, package and ship. We use USPS services for most standard shipping, however, use your choice from the shipping options displayed at checkout. Although we cannot guarantee arrival times on orders, we will use the most efficient means available. Orders are NOT PROCESSED or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or U.S. Legal Holiday dates.  Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for a quote. We will gladly combine shipping on multiple orders to the same delivery address. Multiple orders MUST be placed within 48 hours.
• Payment – Payment on all online purchases is accomplished through secure gateways linked to the checkout page. Choose either PayPal or Square and use your major credit card with confidence. IT IS NOT required to have a PayPal account for your purchase. For Special Order or Custom Orders, personal or company checks in U.S  Dollars are acceptable, however, orders of this type WILL NOT BE PROCESSED until deposited funds are credited to East Alabama Tackle. Please allow 7-10 banking days from receipt for processing.
• Taxes –  Our Online Store automatically adds applicable sales tax to each order, based upon delivery address. Orders picked up at our manufacturer location are subject to both Alabama state sales tax and local sales taxes.

Please consult each site’s privacy policy. Our Store is not responsible for the actions of third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.

Typographical Errors – In the event, a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

East Alabama Tackle reserves the right to change, cancel or modify these terms and conditions and/or our Privacy Policy without notice at any time. Use of this site by you in any form constitutes your full acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and Conditions stated thereon.
